It is made from local milk picked up daily and has no added hormones (No significant difference has been found in milk from cows treated with artificial hormones), antibiotics or preservatives. BelGioioso Mozzarella contains no gluten, and is perfect for a low carb diet. BelGioioso Mozzarella is made with very little salt. Cheese can be seasoned to individual taste.
